Return Window
You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- For in-store purchases, please bring your original receipt or proof of purchase.
- For online orders, the return must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be new, unused, and unwashed.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging, when applicable (e.g. gear or accessories).
We cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Used gear or worn apparel
- Custom or personalized products
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery—we’ll take care of it.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank to process the refund after we issue it.
- For purchases made with a gift card, the refund will be reissued as store credit.
If you paid in cash and are returning an item over $100, we may issue a check refund or store credit at our discretion.
Exchanges
Need a different size, style, or color? We're happy to help with exchanges, based on available inventory.
- In-store: Simply bring your item in and our team will assist you.
- Online: Contact our team at [support@campkid.com] to start the exchange process. We'll send you a return label and instructions.
How to Return (Online Orders)
- Email us at [support@campkid.com] with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any authorized carrier listed on your label.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
